- 2. Current Community Tax Certificate (Cedula);
- 3. Two pieces passport size pictures (colored) in white background with complete
- 4. One piece 1”x1” colored picture in white background with complete name t
- 5. Two pieces of metered documentary stamps; and
- 6. One short brown envelope with name and profession.
