PRC Online Registration Schedule for New Mining Engineers

The appointment schedule for online registration to secure your new Pharmacist Professional ID (PIC) and Certificate of Registration is currently To Be Announced (TBA).

Once open, successful examinees must complete their initial registration online through the official PRC portal at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Please prepare the following required documents before your registration date:

• Notice of Admission (NOA) (For identification verification)

• Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)

• Two (2) passport-sized ID pictures (Plain white background, with complete name tag)

• Two (2) sets of documentary stamps

• One (1) short brown envelope

Note: All new Registered Mining Engineers must complete this registration step in person to sign the official Roster of Registered Professionals.

How to Verify Your Mining Engineer Board Exam Rating

The online portal for PRC Verification of Rating will be activated within a few days following the official announcement of the results.

All examinees can check their individual passing rates and scores using the official PRC Verification Page. To access your board exam performance data, you must provide the following credentials:

• Application Number

• First Name and Last Name

• Birthdate

 PRC Oath-Taking Schedule for Successful Mining Engineers Examinees

All successful passers who intend to participate in the face-to-face mass oath-taking ceremony must register on the PRC portal (http://online.prc.gov.ph) no later than 12:00 PM the day before the event.

• Virtual or Special Oath-Taking: If you cannot attend the in-person event, you can choose the virtual e-Oath option. You can set up an online appointment on the PRC site by selecting "e-OATH" as your transaction.

• Deadlines: The online window for virtual e-Oath applications will close exactly five (5) calendar days before the scheduled oath-taking date.

• Important Forms: Inductees are required to print the official "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form, which is downloadable directly from the PRC Online Services dashboard.
