Manila Room Assignments in November 2013 Midwives / Midwifery Board Exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Manila / NCR Regional Office posted the list examinees room assignments in November 2013 Midwives Licensure Examination also known as schools / building assignments in November 2013 Midwives / Midwifery Board Exam given by the Professional Regulatory Board of Midwifery.

The said midwives examination will be held on November 16 & 17, 2013 in the following testing centers across the country: Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Room Assignments in Manila Testing Center:

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Examinees should report before 6:30 in the morning every examination day. LATE EXAMINEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
2. Bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope, long brown and long plastic envelopes.
3. CELLULAR PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4. Wear the prescribed dress code.
