Congratulation to Nielson Pangan, a law graduate from the University of the Philippines, topped the 1,174 examinees who passed the 2013 Bar examinations held last October at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.

The Supreme Court (SC) of the Philippines announces that the list of  the successful examinees of the October 2013 Bar Examinations held last on October 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2013  in the University of Santo Tomas along España Boulevard in Manila.
