A Naval Architects and Marine Engineers is an engineer who is responsible for the design, construction, and/or repair of ships, boats, other marine vessels, and offshore structures, both commercial and military.The board exam for Naval Architect and Marine Engineers will be held in Manila on October 11-13, 2011.
