The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Tuguegarao Regional Office released the list of examinees room assignment for April 2018 Midwives Licensure Examination also known as April 2018 Midwife Board Exam given by the Professional Regulatory Board of Midwifery.
The said midwives examination will be held on April 11 - 12, 2018 in the following testing centers across the country: Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Examinees should report before 6:30 in the morning every examination day. LATE EXAMINEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.
- Bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope, long brown and long plastic envelopes.
- CELLULAR PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Wear the prescribed dress code.
