The Master Mariner board exam was held last July 5 & 6, 2014 who garnered the ten highest places, also known as the Topnotcher of July 2014 Marine Deck Officer Board Passers for Master Mariner list will be available here, once officially released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
