The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the list of the topnotchers in the December 2013 Optometrists Licensure Examination also known as December 2013 Optometrists Board Exam held last December 2, 3 & 4, 2013 (Written) and December 4 & 5, 2013 (Practical), who garnered the ten highest places, also known as the Topnotcher of December 2013 Optometrists Board Passers list is now posted here, officially released by the PRC.
