The Professional Regulation Commission announces the lists of examiners who passed the September 2011 Sanitary Engineers Licensure Examination also known as September 2011 Sanitary Engineers Board Exam held in Manila last Sept 13-15, 2011. The result is now available here once officially released by the PRC.
A Sanitary Engineer is a professional skilled in applying certain engineering principles in order to preserve public health and safety. While the areas of concern to a sanitary engineer are largely related to the proper collection and disposal of waste materials, this does not mean that the job is restricted to picking up misplaced garbage. On the contrary, the job is primarily focused on protecting people from the spread of disease by employing various measures to prevent public waterways and lands from becoming contaminated with environmental and industrial pollutants. Another major aspect of the job is developing remediation strategies to make land and water systems safe for habitation or consumption once more.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 57 out of 105 passed the Sanitary Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Sanitary Engineering in Manila this September 2011.
The members of the Board of Sanitary Engineering are Engr. Corazon De los Reyes-Romero, Chairman; Engr. Alfredo B. Espino and Engr. Florimond M. Lara, Members.
The results were released in one (1) day from the last day of examination. Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on September 19, 2011 but not later than September 26, 2011. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2011-2014. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
