The Professional Regulatory Board for Real Estate Services and the Commission sets the deadline for the application of the registration without exam for broker, appraiser, and consultant to be extended until Monday, August 1, 2011. As the last day falls on a non-working day, the same is moved to the next working day, hence, from July 30, 2011 (Saturday) to August 1, 2011 (Monday).

The Real Estate Broker Board Exam Results also known as the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination Results for March 2011 has been released. For consideration by the Board are the applications of the individuals for registration without examination as Real Estate Consultants, Appraisers and Brokers in accordance with the provision of Sec. 20, Article III of R.A. No. 9646 known as the “Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines”, and Sec. 20, Rule III of Board Res. No. 02, known as the “ Rule and Regulations of R.A. No. 9646”
