The Board for Custom Brokers announces the program of the October 2011 Custom Brokers Licensure Examination also known as October 2011 Custom Brokers Board Exam to be held on October 26 & 27, 2011 in the cities of Manila, Cebu and Davao.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1.     Your school/building assignment will be posted at the PRC premises two to three working days before the examination. Bring your NOTICE OF ADMISSION when you verify your school/building assignment. Visit your school/building assignment prior to the day of the examination.
2.     Report to the school/building assignment before 6:30am on the first day of examination to verify your room and seat number. Be punctual, late examinees will not be admitted. Examination fee of ABSENT examinees will be forfeited.
3.     Examinees are required to wear their school uniform per Resolution No. 311 dated May 18, 1994
o    Male Examinees        -   White Polo or t-shirts with collar, tucked-in
o    Female Examinees  -    White blouses or t-shirts with collar
4.     Bring the following on examination day:
o    Notice of Admission
o    Application's Stub
o    Official Receipt
o    One piece metered-stamped window mailing envelope
o    Two or more pencils (No. 2)
o    Ball pens with BLACK ink only
o    One piece long brown envelope
o    One piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
5.     The following are Prohibited inside the examination premises/rooms.
o    Books except those for use in Tariff Law: Practical Problems on Classification and notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded data/information/formula
o    PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS
o    CELLULAR PHONES, beepers, portable computers or similar gadgets/devices.
o    Bags of any kind (ladies bag, shoulder bags, attaché case, backpacks, etc.)
o    Other examination aides not stated on this program.
NOTE: PRC will not be answerable for prohibited items that will be lost.
6.     Read carefully and follow the instruction on your Notice of Admission and EXAMINEES KIT.
7.     “NO OPEN BOOKS IN ALL SUBJECT” except in Tariff Law: Part I- Practical Problems on Classification. Only Tariff Book Volume I is allowed, January 2099 edition.
